In the centre of Windermere town just 10 minutes’ walk from the train station is Beckside Cottage. Offering bed and breakfast accommodation with free private parking, the property is built in the traditional Lakeland style.
Guest rooms are en suite and decorated individually. They look out onto the slate rooftops of Windermere, and some have views of the surrounding mountains. All rooms at Beckside Cottage come with a flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries.
Home-cooked breakfasts are provided each morning along with cereals and fruit. Ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible, and special dietary needs can be catered for if the guest house is notified.
