This family-run guesthouse is peacefully situated in rural surroundings between Vogelsberg and Spessart and is the perfect holiday destination.

Bikers, hikers and cyclists always receive a warm welcome here and will find a multitude of trails and paths to explore all around the area.

This guesthouse has been offering warm hospitality and excellent and professional service for 135 years. There are many interesting leisure activities available in the mountain regions of Vogelsberg, Rhön and Spessart.

In Vogelsberg you can visit the salt mine, in Rhön there is the Wasserkuppe mountain with the summer toboggan run and in Spessart there are various palaces and castles to visit. We have 2 bowling alleys in the basement offering hours of fun. As an added bonus, the hotel presents each group of bowlers with a cup, which you can award according to your own rules at the end of your game.

Our large hall is flexible and can be separated into smaller areas. It has capacity for up to 300 people. In the winter months we hold musical events and open a small bar. The hall is easily accessible for mobility-impaired people and the elderly, as it is on the ground floor and doesn't have any stairs.

Our roof terrace and also our lounge area are both perfect for relaxing and unwinding in.
